xmlmail

xmlmail is a demonstration web-based mail reader using XForms.

Install the Mozilla XForms Extension from addons.mozilla.org or by clicking on "Get More Extensions" in your Tools/Add-Ons Menu, and then install this Zip file on your web server and configure it to use your IMAP serer.
